Full Service planning

Full Service is for those who want to outsource the labours of planning and rather save their precious time for other things! You’ll still be involved in the fun parts, while we take on the less exciting bits for you.

Everything & the kitchen sink is included in this service. Starting with an initial discovery session we’ll determine a high level plan for what’s needed to bring your event to life. Whether you’ve already set a budget, or have no idea where to start, we’ll put an event proposal together based on our initial discussions. From there we’ll review and refine the details, and begin sourcing vendors that are best suited for you. As we book in your vendor team, we’ll craft a cohesive event experience with thoughtful and personal touches. After creating your detailed timeline, we’ll be there to lead the event and see it through from start to finish.

If you fall somewhere in between services, we can tailor a plan to suit your needs. Great for those who can take on some of the planning, but need help in specific areas.

From the day you sign us on, we will be your best resource for guidance on sourcing vendors and products while you plan your event. Take advantage of our years of planning experience and lean on us for a second opinion when you need it most!
The official ‘lead up’ begins two to three months ahead of your event date. We’ll meet with you virtually to review all of the details you’ve planned. From there we’ll outline a smooth, flowing timeline and begin our introduction to your vendor team. We’ll then take over communications and logistics for your event and ensure that it’s executed as planned!
Lead up coordinating

Have a knack for organizing as well as the time to dedicate to the planning process? The Lead Up is probably for you. We’ll takeover on the event day so you can be present and enjoy all your hard work!

This is our wild card service as it’s totally custom fit to what you need. We can do a lot or just a little, that’s entirely up to you! We’ll start with a thorough discovery session to get all the details for all of the areas you’d like us to focus on and from there, we’ll divide and conquer. Once we have all of your ducks in a row, we’ll takeover the final stretch of the planning, and take the lead on running your event from the start to finish.
